Delete your information and account

Data agency is at the core of FairShare. We believe that you should be in control of your data, so if at any time you want to delete your information and revoke data access, it’s easy to do through your My FairShare dashboard.

If you don’t want to entirely delete your account and information, you can choose to: 

• Clear your activity or turn off activity sharing
• Review social login permissions
• Download your data
• Delete individual fields of information

To delete your account and information:

1. To navigate to the Delete Your Data page, click the Manage Data Sharing quick link on the homepage of your dashboard, or the link in the upper menu from any dashboard page.
   
   
   
2. Select the business for which you want to manage your account information.
   
   
3. Click Delete Your Data in the left hand navigation menu (1). On this page, you can delete your account and information associated with the business selected in step 2. Click the checkbox to confirm you want to delete your data (2).
   
   
   
4. You can now click the Delete My Account button.
   
   
   
5. To delete your account and information, click the Delete account button in the pop-up confirmation window (1). If you do not wish to delete your account and information, click the Cancel button (2).
