On the Data Sharing Permissions page, you can review what kind of data access you have granted to businesses, and when and where that data was acquired. You can also turn activity sharing off and remove access to the social media and streaming accounts that you previously granted.
- To navigate to the Data Sharing Permissions page, click the Manage Data Sharing quick link on the homepage of your dashboard, or the link in the upper menu from any dashboard page.
- Select the business you want to manage permissions for.
- Permissions for the chosen business are grouped by channel (i.e. where your data is collected from such as the business' website or a social media platform). Each channel will list when and where your data was acquired (1). To turn off activity sharing for each individual channel, click the blue checked box (2).
- Click the Review account information button to review and delete your account information for that business (3).
- Scroll down the page to view more channels. For each individual social or streaming channel, you can manage your settings with the channel itself (1) or remove the chosen business' access to that channel (2).
- If you choose to remove access to a social or streaming channel, a window will pop up to confirm. Click the Remove "Channel" button to revoke access.
